Absolutely perfect and relatively quiet location at the lake side in a village North Kessock on the outskirts of Inverness was a plus. And it was also short walk to the gorgeous garden and the downstairs cafe.

Exceptional service throughout stay. Great-sized and well laid out room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Lovely location of the hotel, next to the Moray Firth which is a nice evening walk, the river leading into the firth, and pleasent cafe where a good choice of breakfasts are served.

The B&B was gorgeous and the staff was competent. We were given tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms with a fresh, clean ambience. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with stunning views over the river. The setting was convenient, really close to the downstairs cafe, North Kessock, and the areas around Inverness, Moray and the Black Isle.
